Privacy policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what information Tamid Robotics (“we”) collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as possible: only what you choose to send us.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the module you’re interested in, whether it’s for a home or a business, your message, and your consent.
- Minimal technical data: your IP address and browser type when you submit the form, for security and spam prevention.
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. Your accessibility menu preferences are stored only in your browser and are never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To get back to you, answer your inquiry and arrange a demo.
- To protect the website against abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Inquiries are stored on our server, and access is limited to the team that handles them. So that we can respond quickly, a notification with the inquiry details is sent to our team through the Telegram messaging service, which processes the message content on our behalf. Beyond that, we do not share your information with third parties unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and stay in touch, and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Residents of the European Union also have rights under the GDPR. To make a request, contact us via:
- The contact form on this website
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and information is stored on a server with restricted access. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with the date of the last update, will always be on this page.
